Peel Region has reached out to OTA to highlight a new initiative this weekend to make vaccines available during off-peak hours and asked the information is shared with the trucking industry. In the span of 32 hours, starting May 15, Peel plans is to administer more than 7,600 doses, including over 5,000 during the overnight hours.
The clinic at the International Centre, conveniently located at the intersection of Airport and Derry Roads in Mississauga will run from Saturday, May 15 at 12:30 p.m. to Sunday, May 16 at 8:30 p.m. and available for anyone 18 years and older who lives or works in Peel Region.
OTA is encouraging drivers and fleets in Peel to look into the details of the new initiative and is thankful to the Region for its continued and forward-thinking support of the trucking industry.
